JOB OVERVIEW

Job Brief:
We're looking for a passionate creative Copywriter to write clear and concise copy for ads, publications and websites. Duties include but are not limited to researching interesting topics and developing original content that will appeal to our target audience and promote the blog using social media, direct email, and other methods to alert and expand our readership.
You will work with a team of marketers to help generate sales leads and improve the quality of our website’s content. You will be responsible for writing both compelling blog posts and marketing copy for our website and will report directly to our creative director.
About us:
My company has been in operation since 1999, and we are constantly expanding our workforce. Over the last 10 years, we've had a lot of virtual assistants. My primary virtual assistant has been with me for 10 years. As of now, I have 56 full-time online employees.

We're seeking someone who is self-motivated, resourceful, a problem solver and knows how to stay flexible and adaptable. Must be capable of completing projects on time with minimal supervision.

These are the most important tasks you will do on a daily basis. You must be open and comfortable doing this for a fixed 8-hour shift / 5 days a week. We operate 24/7 and you must be open to rotational shift work.

Key Responsibilities:
Write compelling content for print, web, product packaging, advertising, and marketing materials
Produce well-written content that is SEO friendly and optimized for conversion
Create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and marketing campaigns
Write high-quality product descriptions and provide supporting content
Collaborate with designers and creative teams
Work with analysts to ensure messaging is consistent across the company
Brainstorm and manage projects and juggle multiple deliverables
Define key messages and brand voice for external communications
Providing feedback to other contributors, and editing others' content
Conducting analytical projects to improve blog strategies/tactics
Optimizing content for search engines (SEO) and lead generation
Performing industry research
Growing blog subscribers and expanding the overall blog's reach
Contributing to long-form content projects such as ebook
Other Miscellaneous tasks

Manage Social Media accounts - You would help when it comes to replying to comments and messages, in order to see what questions prospective customers have in order better understand them, identify pain points and to remove friction in the buying process.

These are other tasks that you will do, and you must be open and comfortable doing other tasks as we have a team of over 56 virtual assistants and there may be other departments that may need your help.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, marketing, or related field.
Writing experience or familiarity with certain interests or a specific field.
Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills.
Creativity and adaptability.
Strong understanding of the target audience and industry trends.
Ability to sit and type for extended periods.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic business ---------- monstrated problem-solving and consulting skills.
Ability to work remotely and independently.
Must have a good knowledge of current employment practices.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
Proficiency with computers, especially content management software, social media platforms, MS Office, and SEO keywords, basic understanding of HTML, MS Office applications, GSuite and Hubstaff.
