JOB OVERVIEW

Job Brief:

We're looking for a passionate customer service representative who will be responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of the company. Duties include but are not limited to answering emails from customers, maintaining expert knowledge about products and services to best help them out

About us:

My company has been in operation since 1999, and we are constantly expanding our workforce. Over the last 10 years, we've had a lot of virtual assistants. My primary virtual assistant has been with me for 10 years. As of now, I have 56 full-time online employees.

We're seeking someone who is self-motivated, resourceful, a problem solver, and knows how to stay flexible and adaptable. Must be capable of completing projects on time with minimal supervision.

These are the most important tasks you will do on a daily basis. You must be open and comfortable doing this for a fixed 8-hour shift / 5 days a week. We operate 24/7 and you must be open to rotational shift work.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service
- Providing introductory information to new customers.
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer customers' questions.
- Troubleshooting common issues with products and services.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.

Live Chat for Customer Support
- Answers incoming customers' live chat regarding issues, service questions, and general client concerns.
- Documents issues and resolutions that arise from chat queries and offer quick and accurate assistance to customers.


Outbound Customer Support Phone Calls
- Requesting customers feedback and assessment about their experiences by calling them and providing assistance if needed.

Manage Social Media accounts
- Create content ideas that will increase audience engagement; On a daily basis, manage the company’s Facebook page by adding posts, responding to people, and improving interaction with people. The VA is also expected to manage the company’s YouTube account a few times a week as well as LinkedIn on a weekly basis and manage and maintain other social media pages (Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Linkedin, Schedule Posts, etc.)

Data Collection
- Collect data and provide a summary of website statistics and list numbers.


Additional Work Tasks (These are tasks that are done on a weekly basis.):

Transcriptions – Transcribe English audio or video files and add the transcript in a Word document and edit it in such a way that the transcript can be turned into a blog post

Document Creation & Organization – Format Word documents, create tables and organize styles. An example of this is formatting exercise programs (adding exercise descriptions and pics to programs).

Sales Organization & Data Collection – On a weekly or bi-weekly basis, collect sales made from offers and promotions and organize the data collected into a ---------- ernet Research – Search out a topic on the internet and collect information.

Tasks and Procedures – Assist in building procedures and create instructional videos about the tasks you do. This is also the way the training is done.

Software – Must have an understanding or be open to learning Microsoft Office products, Skype, Dropbox, WordPress, Lastpass, Gmail, Google Docs, GSuite, Basecamp, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Shopify, Tidio, Zendesk, Clickbank, Pinterest, Infusionsoft, and iContact.

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic business environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and consulting skills.
- Ability to work remotely and independently.
- Must have a good knowledge of current employment practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, GSuite and Hubstaff.
