Telemarketing sales calls

Responsibilities include placing outbound calls to promote and sell our services, evaluating customer's current situation. We are looking for self-motivated candidates with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Our customers are located in California, USA. So, ideally, candidates will need to work between 9am to 8pm PST shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
Cold-call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead
Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e-mail cross-sell and up-sell
Overcome objections of prospective customers
Handle in-bound calls

Successful candidate will have:
Telephone sales experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability build and cultivate client relationships
Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
The ability to self-start and work independently
Background in sales or customer service is preferred
Experience with CRM software
High speed, reliable Internet
