Cold email and newsletter setup - Getresponse & GMass/smtp

Looking for someone to help me setup campaigns with an autoresponder software. Another part of the job is helping with single send emails using GMass with SMTP. If you have experience in either platform please let me know. I am open to using a platform other than getresponse, but overall like it for an autoresponder software. Please do not reply if you are not familiar with this specific skill set. Thank you
