We are a small service company in California and are looking for someone who can help us with multiple tasks we have at hand.
-Detail VERY oriented!
-VERY good English speaking and writing skills.
-You must be available during night time in Philippines (morning in Los Angeles)
-You must have HVAC or Mechanical Engineering background.
-This position requires good customer service and interpersonal skills. Happy and cheerful personality

Main outline of work
-Be able to schedule appointments by recognizing an effective route for our technicians
-Be able to understand mechanical reports provided by the technicians from the customers residence
-Develop a list of work and parts that will be needed to complete this work
-Provide this report to insurance companies that we work with
-Manage the installation ---------- stallation Dates, Equipment orders, Follow ups with technicians and Customers.
-Update records with the work performed.

-Finally, and most importantly, to be able to switch from one role to another as needed as the company grows.



Some deeper details about us:

Our company works on residential air conditioning and heating units. We provide repairs, installations, and maintenance.

We work with insurance companies and home owners locally in Los Angeles area.
Technicians out in the field will request parts for air conditioning and heating units and you should be able to learn quickly how to order these parts. You need to manage what is needed in authorizations from insurance companies (which we will explain to you).

Because our company is in growth mode at the ---------- nt, we have multiple tasks that need to be fulfilled and you
should be able to adopt to changes and help with different types of tasks at different times as described ---------- itially we will give less tasks and slowly ramp up and delegate more.

You must be available during the negotiated times and be reliable.

This is a long term position and please do not apply if it is temporary for you.
