- Selling our properties on Online Travel Agent (OTA) websites such as Airbnb and ---------- plus many, many more
- Working with both leisure and corporate guests looking for great prices, superb service and a home away from home.
- Continuously striving to improve and refine our service to become the very best at what we do

The day to day activities of the job role would include (but are not limited to) the following:

- Analysing sales data to make decisions about future pricing
- Analysing areas for expansion and assessing financial viability
- Reviewing costing data to look for anomalies and opportunities for savings
- Reviewing marketing metrics to identify underperforming properties and find opportunities for improvement
- Assessing new opportunities to forecast likely outcomes

The right candidate will have a background with:

- Data analysis, manipulation and presentation
- Confidence in speaking with people from the United Kingdom
- Exceptional Excel skills (including complex formulae)
- Knowledge of VBA would be useful but not required
- Ability to solve problems and find creative solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills(English)
- Willingness to learn new systems

This position will be for 40 hours per week Mon-Friday, working hours to be agreed during our office hours of 9:00am - 6pm UK Time/4:00pm - 1:00am Manila time (with 1 hour lunch break). Monthly bonus, Paid Vacation Leave + Birthday Leave, and 13th month pay.

Experience in the Hospitality industry itself is not essential (but would be looked upon favourably) as full training will be given.
