THE ROLE
The role of a Business Operations and Account Health Administrator plays a crucial role in the Amazon e-commerce ecosystem. The quality of the work spells the difference between success and failure for the organization.
The main function is to manage the businesses ecommerce account, inventory and customer service administration to help support the business operations.
For this role, I do require you to have some level of experience with handling admin work. Knowledge in Amazon Product Research (FBA) will earn you more points as well.
I would be providing in-depth training (which will be paid) to equip the chosen candidate with the required competencies to effectively carry out their tasks. The first day of the training is considered as the hiring date.
ROLE DUTIES
Conduct Seller Central Daily Checks daily to maintain compliance
List and management business product listings
Manage all order and shipments and conduct reconciliation checked
Manager and monitor live and out of stock Inventory
Maintain and improve on the business Account Health and feedback
Provide support to customers through the messaging and
Assist finance team to manage Returns/Refunds/Cancellations & VAT Invoice Requests
Liaise with third party suppliers and services
Create SOPs for business processes
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Experience working as an eCommerce/Amazon admin in the US Marketplace is desired, but not essential
At least 1 years experience doing Administrative work
Must be willing to work US time zone (either Pacific Standard/Mountain Standard/Central Standard/Eastern Standard hours)

Communication Skills; fluent in English – spoken and written;

PAY AND BENEFITS
Pay rate: 225 to 250 PHP per hour, paid bi-monthly
