CORE ROLE
The Sales Rep / Operations Manager role will be responsible for the prospecting of Scaling Engine + helping implement our system for clients. The main task focuses on setting up an appointment for the Sales Closer and filling their calendar. A key priority of this role will be initiating the conversations with potential clients and making sure each new prospect is the right fit and if so, you pass them over into a sales call with the sales closer.
YOU WILL GET ACCESS TO
- Proven systems and tools for LinkedIn,
- Simple project management and internal communications with tools like Asana
- Access to over 100 hours of training on the systems, automation, sales, and marketing necessary to scale businesses to 7 figures.
- No pressure tactics or slimy sales methods. That’s not us. We are more focused on social selling, finding who is most interested now, and if not interested at this time, then building a relationship that will transition to a sale within 3-6 months.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Posting/scheduling social content
- Daily prospecting on LinkedIn,
- Assist in the client onboarding, fulfillment & support process
- Manage and track data using the company's CRM and KPI Dashboard
- Help build and optimize systems and automation.
- Provide creative solutions and ideas you see that could help us all work smarter, not harder.

- Very analytical and into numbers & spreadsheets. Loves taking detailed notes on prospects, documenting data, and looking at graphs to understand how to improve sales numbers.
- Keen on details and has a great memory.
- A problem solver with exceptional customer service skills.
- Someone who can work with less supervision and can follow instructions as we mainly rely on our SOPs.
- Curious about how things work and want to understand people at a deeper level.
