We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to place check-in calls to our past clients, prospects and referral partners. Scripts will be provided, but you must be able to think quickly and handle multiple tasks at once.
Please note: This position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking on the phone and has experience doing so. Answering questions and directing clients to the appropriate area is essential.
You MUST speak excellent English.
You MUST be able to work Eastern Standard time. Must be able to give 30-40 hours: Monday - Friday
A dedicated computer with wired Internet Access is required.
A high-quality headset with microphone is required. Knowing Microsoft Word and Google Docs is a BIG plus, but not required as long as you are willing and eager to learn.
