JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary

Oversee the recruitment process, design company policies, set objectives for the HR team, help shape our employer brand strategy, be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems and ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees.

Job Responsibilities

Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
Develop compensation and benefits plans
Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
Host in-house recruitment events
Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
Review departmental budgets
Organize learning and development programs
Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner
Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
Identify, evaluate and solve hiring challenges
Recruit top talent to executive positions
Mediate and suggest solutions to employee disputes
Interview potential candidates and making recommendations
Compile information about compensation and benefits packages based on market data?
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of work prior to submission.
Ensure confidentiality of data and company information.
Provide superior with regular feedback on the status of ongoing tasks and discuss other relevant concerns.
Perform other related duties as ---------- ply with the Company ---------- ply with the Company and Department’s approved/existing work procedures and guidelines.

Job Qualifications

BS Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or any related course
At least 5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or similar field
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)
Solid understanding of labor legislation
Excellent communication abilities
Leadership skills
Ability to foster healthy employee relations
Strong computer skills and experience with office management and communication software
Ability to understand statistical data and mathematical concepts and how to apply them to HR processes
Excellent leadership, training and developmental skills
Strong decision-making skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Expert in labor laws set by governing authorities and organizations
Ability to comprehend complex language, theories and methodologies
Time management and organizational skills
