We're currently looking for a very talented SEO specialist to manage multiple clients' growth in organic traffic. The SEO specialist will be working closely with the agency's director of operations to manage day-to-day tasks.

Fundamental Skills Required:

- Proficient knowledge in marketing
- All aspects of SEO (technical SEO, local SEO, on-page, off-page, competitor analysis & keyword research and link building)
- Strong expertise in Ahrefs Google Analytics, Google My Business, Google Search Console & Google Tag Manager
- Moderate experience in using Google Sheets
- 100% fluent English speaking & writing
- Ability to work past midnight (to cater to US time zones)

Key Roles & Responsibility:

- Creating an SEO campaign from scratch
- On-Page Optimization for client websites & our agency's
- Detailed keyword research (new & existing)
- Competitor analysis
- Researching content opportunities for client websites
- Writing client contents based on SEO research
- Link building for client websites (Outreach & Outsourcing)
- Creating comprehensive & easy-to-understand SEO reports with our software
- Creating SEO overviews for prospective clients

*Please keep in mind that the roles can be flexible - the person can be assigned to tasks which may be unrelated to SEO.*

Trial:

Before hiring, the candidate will go through a trial process for no more than a week. We will give the candidate several real-client tasks to manage by themselves. The candidate will be hired depending on performance.
The candidate will be notified once qualified (or otherwise) by the end of the trial week.
The trial work will be unpaid.

Onboarding:

Our management staff will slowly onboard into the operations. He will take you through, what, how and when to do things. He'll explain the operational side of things within the agency.
Gradually you'll dive into managing client tasks entirely.
