Format of Your Assignments
You will be provided with a document describing our Target Industry and Target Companies for a given campaign. For instance, a target industry could be Healthcare, and target companies might be:
1. Piedmont Healthcare
2. Emory Healthcare
3. Wellstar
4. Northside Hospital
5. Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta

Usually, the target companies are simply the largest companies within the target industry in the Atlanta area, in terms of revenue or employment. We provide these companies as a starting place, but we are happy to use leads from these companies’ smaller competitors as well, as long as they fit one of our client personas.

At this stage, you will probably have a few thousand results to evaluate. Quickly look at each person. About 3/4 will qualify.

Once you have looked through all the search results to identify potential leads, open your list.

This is the time to note down some information that LinkedIn does not include in its automatic exports. We want to make a note of the following:
- Does this person need to be addressed with an honorific, such as Doctor, Honorable, Reverend, etc? (if it does not apply, put a dash or a space)
- Is this person a Mr. or a Ms. ? (if you cannot tell, put a dash or a space)
- What client persona does this person fit? (Every lead you provide should fit a client persona. If a lead could fit in multiple personas, please list all that apply. )
- Is there a particular division of the company this person works for? (ie, Communications, Organizational Development, The Center for Alzheimer’s Research, etc)

We collect the following information about our leads:

- Full Name
- Dr, Reverend, The Honorable, etc,
- If applicable
- Mr, Ms, Mrs
- If that information is not available or you are unsure, it is okay to leave this column blank.
- First Name
- Last Name
- Company
- Division / Business Unit
- Job Title
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- This column can be left blank
- LinkedIn
- Persona Category
- Special Notes

In your application, please include an Excel spreadsheet with FIVE contacts from the Emory School of Medicine (located in Atlanta, GA) with the following:

Please also provide the TIME it took for you to find these five leads.
