Wordpress Ninja with Avada Theme Expertise

I am looking to Develop a wordpress site with AVADA theme. The job should be done as below two phase with proper SEO optimization. (I am a webmaster too)

Phase 1) Design a prototype of the website with Avada theme
Phase 2) Finalise site for production
