-Strong phone presence, excellent e-mail communication, cold calling, coordination, and scheduling of real estate buying
and selling opportunities
- Ability to set and close appointments over the phone with buyer/seller prospects
- Selling and negotiation skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Attend training/coaching sessions
- Track weekly goals to measure lead conversion ratios
-Experience with the Boomtown CRM is a plus
- The ability to effectively operate between 10am-6pm US EST

Home Office Requirements:

-Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 7 or Mac OS X

-Stable internet connection/ with a back up plan with a minimum download speed of
5mbps and minimum upload speed of at least 1 Mbps
- Quiet room to work with no distraction or background noises
- Working headset and webcam
