Whom are we looking for?
We are looking for a ROCKSTAR to join our customer acquisitions team as Seller Relations Manager - Acquisitions
Scope of Work:
Your core job is to follow up with sellers after an offer has been sent on their property (land)
Objection Handling and FAQ’s
Following up with each seller/lead on a regularly
Creating follow-up tasks and actions based on Seller feedback
Engaging the acquisitions team at the right time to close the deal
Keeping pipeline up to date for sellers
Responding to lead inquiry promptly (within seconds/minutes)
Objection Handling and answering basic questions using the script provided
Using DRIP campaigns to follow up with the lead
Compensation:
FULL-TIME POSITION.
Multiple tier compensation: Basic Hourly Salary + Monthly Commissions + Paid holidays and much more!!!!
We are a team of 20 young passionate individuals in a fun and fast-growing real estate company.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must have Excellent “over the phone” and written communication skills
You must have experience in handling customer inquiries on the phone or via text (for Real Estate transactions is preferable)
You must be someone who is willing to unlearn and learn new processes, skills, tools and is comfortable with technology (Dialers, CRM systems)
You must be able to work in teams. We are a growing organization with 20 people on the team. Team collaboration is a must for success.
You must be willing to work in US Central Hours 8am - 5pm Monday thru Friday.
Any overtime during the weekend or week is PAID.
