Data entry & Catalog Data Specialist /Editor

Admin Assistance skills needed:
• Ability to maintain records and documentation pertaining to the vendor product
• Strong time management skills and ability to easily and rapidly shift priorities
• Team-oriented and able to critique/quality check own work
Merchandising online products in accordance the appropriate categories
• Organize catalog - all items should be separated, cataloged, and organized by style, color and pricing once placed in the catalog/ category
• save all changes after all items have been dropped into their category/catalog
Photo Editor for eCommerce
• Use photo editing software to retouch, change background of the photo, etc..
• Organize, rename, and resize image files and inventory properly into a variety of social media sites as well as, the website.
• Ensure quality of photos and content before posting imagery to e-commerce and social media, also upload photos with content on proper local sharing channels
• Communicate project progress, potential challenges and editing projects on a timely basis is key
(Provide timely feedback on project timeline, concerns and progress)
• Other web design and graphic design skills is helpful.

Must Haves:
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal
• Data entry skills (Administrative)
• Organize & Detail oriented

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (INCLUDING CERTIFICATIONS):
• Minimum High School diploma, Associates Degree or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 or more years’ experience in a professional business/ office environment
• E-Commerce data experience (Preferred)
