About Us

We are an E-Commerce Distributor of all Horticultural Equipment and Lighting. ( ---------- ). RMAs are whenever a customer has any sort of issue with delivery/damaged in transit/warranty/exchange/return to stock etc. As we have become more busy, we need someone to be devoted to SOLVING THESE ISSUES full time, so that the Customer Service Manager can focus on processing orders, and dealing with phone calls/live chats/other tickets.

Job Description:

Solving ALL of the RMA Claims
Updating Gorgias
"Hustling" Vendors To Answer- Communicating and Making Sure We Get Answers Fast From ALL Our Vendors
"Hustling" Customers To Answer- Constantly "Servicing Our Customer to Death"
Reporting To Manager With Updates - Daily Communication

Requirements:

Problem Solving Attitude
Customer Is Always Right
Fast Communication
"Make it Happen" Mindset
9-5 AM EST Hours
No Other Job

Compensation:

Starting Salary is $400 Per Month for the First Three Months, Then Review and Raise
