Job Description
Humanitarian Entrepreneur is seeking a dynamic administrative assistant for 5 – 10 hours/week, who is a natural-born leader, proactive, takes initiative, and passionate about making an impact in the world. This position will require:
• Drafting
• Drafting support correspondence and assisting in scheduling podcast guests
• Help the team keep projects on track and meet deadlines
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed
This position can be completed anywhere in the world but the candidate must be a fluent English speaker.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
We are looking for candidates with the following strengths:
• 1 – 3 years of experience in administrative/executive/project assisting and support
• 1 – 3 years of
• 1 – 3 years of copy writing experience (preferred)
• Ability to work independently with strong ownership over tasks, including follow-through with a persistence to do what it takes to get the job done
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication in fluent English
• Strong knowledge of Airtable and Slack (preferred)
• Mailchimp experience (preferred)
