Line Manager: COO/CEO
OVERVIEW:
The Content Project Manager is responsible for ensuring all account and project needs are being
met. Distribu Clic manages its own ecommerce accounts and help manage client accounts by providing services such as copywriting and graphic design. The Content Project Manager ensures all content needs for projects and accounts, are being managed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
1. Attend project briefing to understand what the department responsibilities, timing and due dates, capacity needed, and tea
2. Daily checking and follow up with Content and Design tea
3. Ensure all tasks have assignee, estimated time, and assigned to a project.
4. Identify estimated time for each task in each project versus actual time spend to complete. Report to Lead Project Manager at the end of the project.
5. Coordinate with partner agency (Generation eCom) and provide support for their
content and design need
PROOFREADING AND APPROVALS
1. Writing, editing and proofreading content.
2. Deep understanding of branding of the account or brand involved in the task. Familiarize
the organization's brand ideals and website to create content that supports their objectives and desired identity
3. Review and approve optimized listing copies, articles , blogs, captions, and other copywriting output.
4. Review and approve graphics and other design materials.
5. Review and approve product photographs
6. Stay up-to-date with marketplace content policies. Allocating 1 hour per week for knowledge expansion (read Amazon news, marketplace policies, etc.).
7. Review competitor websites to compare their activities with those of your company
8. Review and approve website design and layout
COLLABORATION
1. Work with co-project managers handling product launch projects to ensure you are up-to-date with changes and decisions made.
2. Support eCommerce accounts by ensuring all their content and design needs are being met.
3. Support the marketing team for any content and design needs for marketing materials.
4. Get involved with leadership projects to enhance department processes.
ASANA TASK/PROJECT MANAGEMENT
1. Asana task management for content and design. Ensure all instructions given have respective Asana task, assignee, due date, and estimated time.
2. Daily checking of each member’s task at the start of shift and 1 hour before shift ends. Ensure that follow ups are being made, tasks are being completed on time, reasonable time extensions are given depending on project timelines.
3. Report any changes with member workload to your line manager and express the need
for additional people if necessary
MEETINGS:
1. Attend Project Briefings
2. Team huddles for every project started and completed
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. At least 2 years project management experience
2. Familiarity with Asana
3. 3-4 years of experience with copywriting and proofreading.
4. Has a deep understanding of brand strategy and how it applied to content and design
5. Ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content that establishes or
supports the company's brand identity
6. Expertise with using SEO best practices to write creative copy that includes effective keyword placement
7. Basic technical knowledge of MS Office, Google Apps., WordPress.
8. Strong skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and meets company objective
NON-NEGOTIABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Excellent verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language
2. Advanced written communication skills and an ability to read copy in English
3. Employment exclusivity, no other work
4. Willing to split work schedules between afternoon and night shift (until 11PM) PH time.
