Job Responsibilities:
• Add client data to the financial planning software
• Prepare forms, documents, templates, etc. for client meetings
• Prepare portfolio reports
• Prepare product comparison reports. This requires
• Prepare and application forms
• Follow up applications, insurance underwriting, medicals etc.
• Ensure client files are compliant.
• Complete all necessary reports and documentation as directed by advisors and managers.
Qualifications:
• You are motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic
• Proficient using MS Office
• Has experience using financial software (XPlan, AdviserLogic), but not required
• You have exceptional communication and follow-up skills
• Strong attention to details
• Has experience working in a Financial Planning Australian company is a plus, but not required
