E-commerce Stores Manager

Founded by 30 year beauty industry veteran Sophie Oliver in 2014 Baie Botanique natural organic and vegan multi-award-winning skincare is passionate about producing formulations that are luxurious and effective, empowering women to make the change to a more natural lifestyle.

This is a challenging role with lots of plates to keep spinning metaphorically it would suit a very committed and enthusiastic person.

Working hours; 6 hours daily, between 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday (UK working hours)

We have 3 Shopify web stores UK/DE/USA and we also sell on wholesale and dropshipping marketplaces.

Responsibilities

Manage online e-commerce retail and wholesale sales to include;

- Responsible for keeping the web stores running smoothly and without issue
- Responsible for implementing website optimisations to increase web sales by improving the customer journey
- Adding new products and maintaining existing listings
- Troubleshooting any front end web store issues
- Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times and timely responses according to our guidelines
- Ensuring customer orders are shipped according to our guidelines
- Communicating with distribution centres to ensure that all orders are shipped according to our guidelines
- Creating orders for customers or stock movement
- Tracking inventory levels and moving stock between distribution centres
- Managing and maintaining product offering across wholesale and dropshipping marketplace platforms
- When considered appropriate, you may be required to carry out other duties that fit your strengths.

We are starting to build our wholesale sales this part of the role will expand with time.

Looking for a very driven, methodical, proactive, dynamic & thorough person who has the following qualities, ingenuity, ability to think outside the box, has great attention to detail and the ability to take the initiative, is a problem solver, and does not shy away from a challenge.

Requirements:
- Experience in managing Shopify stores.
- Strong customer service experience (handling customer concerns)

Preferred:
- Experience with page builders such as Pagefly or shogun

- All UK national holidays off
- Additional 5 days annual leave
