Bookkeeper

We are looking for a Quickbooks Pro advisor/Bookkeeper who can assist our companies, "StretchMed" and "Get in Shape for Women" in doing the following:

- Stay on track and make sure the financial components (e.g. business entity, bank account, insurance, payroll) of the business are set up.
- Curate effect methodology of using QuickBooks for multi companies.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English language, be highly detail-oriented and comfortable with learning new software
- Accounts Receiveable
- Accounts Payable
- Payroll
- Tax Preparation
- Cost Controls

Qualities needed
- Excellent English language communication (Written and Verbal)
- Compliance with work schedule - 8 AM - 5 PM EASTERN TIME (1 HOUR LUNCH BREAK INCLUSIVE)
