POSITION: Marketing Virtual Assistant

Sherer & Associates is looking to add an experienced Marketing VA to our team! Working remotely, you will identify, reach out, and follow up with potential clients in the architectural field via email, social media, and phone as needed. You will organize and update marketing files and records, assist in creating marketing presentations, update and manage potential client pipeline in the company CRM, work with our sales team, maintain spreadsheets, and more. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, able to communicate through multiple channels, and super organized.

Responsibilities

Lead scraping
Lead outreach and follow up
Organize correspondence and answer emails
Prepare and manage spreadsheets and reports
Take notes or transcribe meetings
Schedule meetings for the sales team
Follow up with potential leads
Follow up with inbound leads via Google Meet and email
Present excellent customer-service skills to customers and clients
Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation
Prepare and create PowerPoint presentations and materials as needed; research materials and sources for presentations
Other marketing tasks, as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

Previous marketing experience (outreach, follow up, CRM, presentation creation)
Proficient computer skills, including Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc)
Experience with Dropbox
Knowledgeable in technology to communicate via computer, smartphone, or text
Highly organized and able to multitask and work well with fast-paced directions and instructions
Able to manage time effectively and efficiently
Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and presentation skills
Able to work nights, weekends, extended hours, and holidays as needed
Two years’ previous experience handling assistant or administrative responsibilities, or experience in customer service or related field preferred
