Full Time Web Development & Design (Wordpress)

I am looking for someone to build, develop, design and manage several sites for me. The ideal candidate should have the following skills:

1. Proficient with WordPress (be able to install, manipulate and manage the content and design. Must be comfortable with templates and plug-ins. Must also be well versed in making changes within the site)

2. Design. (Must have basic design skills, comfortable with manipulating images and designing headers and basic logos. Must be good at color/image/type design. Comfort with Photoshop is a plus)

3. SEO (Experience with article submission, link submission, Traffic Geyser, video submission and social network posting would be preferred.)

If you have experience in all of these areas, and are looking for a full time (40+ hours/week) please submit a response with your experience. I'd like to see examples of sites that you've designed and installed. I'd like to see examples of your design skills with headers and or logos. I'd like to see examples of results you've got from your SEO work. If you have experience creating video, I'd like to see examples of that as well.
