Expert Wordpress developer/designer required

I wish to create a lot of sites using wordpress. I am looking for a VA with knowledge, expertise and skills in wordpress. That in a nutshell means:-

1) good knowledge of wordspress and all its plugins, an ability to quickly learn will be an advantage.
2) being able to install wordpress plugins and get them to work properly,
3) Adding scripts and other programs as well as applications to collect data.
4) content; getting content populate the blog; again I am making references to plugins

There are a lot of related wordpress stuff which essentially goes with the territory.

I am looking for a full-time assistant ideally but people willing to work with me on a per project basis can apply.
