Tech Leader

* Responsibilities
* As the TECH LEAD for the US firm, you are responsible for the core technical issues, system optimization and solving technical problems during the project development.
* Being the technical manager of the US company, doing project and team management.
* Responsible for the process specification development and continuous optimization of the whole link of product version delivery for US customers, to realize the process online and improve the quality and team effectiveness.
* Responsible for continuous improvement of R&D specifications, participation in the development of technical standards and their implementation, and continuous improvement of R&D quality.
* Conduct quantitative evaluation of the work of engineers.
* Expectations:
* Computer-related majors with bachelor's degree or above.
* Must have good English listening and speaking skills, be able to use English to communicate with customers barrier-free, and be able to discuss product requirements and technical work in English.
* Five years of experience in front-end, back-end or full process development, three years of experience in managing a team of 10 or more people; client-side development experience preferred.
* Proficient in at least one development language and familiar with development, testing, and O&M processes and specifications.
* Leading a team or leading the development of core modules and architecture design, with good team management skills and cross-departmental communication skills.
