Let's save lives! Looking for Part-Time Moodle Developer with 5y Experience for a health-focused org

A health-focused organisation has a project to convert life saving face-to-face modules into e-learning materials on Moodle.

We need a someone who has:

• Knowledge and experience in developing interactive e-learning courses on Moodle in the last 5
years.
• Ability to work independently and in high-pressure situations under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Experience working with health modules, an advantage
• Experience in instructional / training design or teaching in a classroom setting, preferred

The learning materials of over 25hours include:
• Introduction / Course Overview
• Learning Modules
• Summary / Takeaway points
• Evaluation Tool: Level II Evaluation
• Modular Quizzes / activities
• Pre/Post Test


We need your expertise in
• Developing elearning materials
• Ensure that elearning materials to be developed are compatible to the existing Learning Management System of the organisation and can be accessed in the major browsers such as Google, Mozilla Firefox, etc.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the elearning course and its mode of delivery;
• Revise the elearning materials based on feedback during the pilot-test to effectively deliver the elearning course and deal with barriers that learners and course managers encountered during the implementation.
• Provide stand by support in a period of 6 months after the course is published in the and update the materials during the 6-month period if needed.


The project is milestone based and so is most of your output but your engagement and salary will be a minimum of 9 months to a year. Expected to render 10h-20h/week.
