Amazon Support Assistant

Looking for a talented VA with past experience in working with US based Amazon. We are seeking a long-term employee who is good at problem solving.

Your role would include:
- Sourcing products for Wholesale (priority)
- Using google sheets to record leads
- Filling out Wholesale Applications
- Help manage the list of products being sold on Amazon
- Help manage cases with Amazon Seller Support for customer or seller complaints (IP claims, copyright complaints, etc)

Prefer past experience with the following:
- Manual research of wholesale catalogs (Preferred)
- Reverse search Amazon storefronts (Preferred)
- Keepa (Required)
- Amazon seller central (Required)
- Knowledge of Sales Rank (Preferred)

You must have a good stable internet connection
