Marketing & Education Specialist

We are sourcing for an outstanding Marketing & Education Specialist who has an experience working across many projects preferably in Digital Marketing and Education. The successful candidate will work with our client company that actively interacts with the financial and banking industry on laws, education, and enforcement of IRS and FDIC rules, and also offers a variety of retirement plans for individuals and small business owners across the nation

Responsibilities:
* Publish weekly and monthly newsletter
* Take raw footage and polish, add intro and end credits on training videos
* Create and maintain social media posts
* Load and format blogs and keep events calendar updated
* Perform relevant tasks as assigned

Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in virtual assistance and social media marketing/management
* Familiar with the following tools: Canva, YouTube, Facebook, Premier Rush, TikTok, Instagram, Active Campaign, WordPress, Click Funnels
* Hands on experience in social media content posting, publishing and scheduling newsletter
* Proficient in English communication (both verbal and written)
* Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design within a timeframe
* Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards and trends in the visual design field
* In-home office setup including Mac or PC Computer (including webcam) with minimum 1.0ghz dual-core processor, 8gb, and the most recent version of MS Office installed (all programs; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* A fast and reliable internet connection
* Must be a "go-getter" and a self-motivated individual.
* Trustworthy and reliable.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet or beat deadlines with no errors.
* Tech-savvy and quick to learn new concepts.
* Ability to anticipate the needs of others.

Work Schedule: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm Philippine Time or 9:00 PM to 5:00 am Philippine Time
