Rockstar Copywriter with Email Marketing experience for

We're looking for someone who is a really passionate copywriter that has some experience writing emails and has managed email campaigns or really wants to learn it. If you love writing, are smart, enjoy mixing facts, data, and humor into your copy, and can write compelling emails funnels, we want you to join our team in the Philippines to work from home for our US Based company, ----------

As our email marketing copywriter, your role will require you to research, write, and create different emails and some funnels for our company’s keywords and vertical markets. We service 11 different industries so there is always something to write. You would use Zoho Campaigns to manage categories and target various industries according to the ---------- 's okay if you're not familiar with Zoho Campaigns but should have some experience with any email management tool. Zoho Campaigns is very similar to many of the SaaS-based bulk email campaign tools so it should be easy to learn if you have any experience. They offer a ton of helpful videos and our team in the Philippines as well as I will help you during the training period.

Other job responsibilities would include:

- Writing, proofreading, editing email templates, and funnels.
- Creating email marketing and split testing.
- Creating reports in Zoho to share with management the success of testing to roll out a full campaign.
- If time permits, you may also write headlines, sales content, emails, do research, and write posts for Medium or other Web 2 properties we post to.
- If you have any experience writing video scripts or the willingness to learn that is a plus (tutorials, how-to's, and educational narration lessons).

To do this job, you must have:
Exceptional written English skills
A sense of humor
Understand people and how to persuade them

You'll need some experience with:

Email writing (funnels and campaigns)
Video Scriptwriting is a plus
Online research
If you're familiar with Canva that's a plus
If you have experience with Jasper.ai that's a big plus.

This can be a full-time, 40 hour a week position or a part-time position with the ability to go full-time in the future if you're only looking for part-time work and qualify, please apply. We are very flexible.

Our normal office hours are US weekdays between the hours of 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Pacific Time (11:30 pm - 7:30 am Manila Time). This position does have flexible hours however, for the first 90-days we would like at least 4 hours a day to overlap with our time zone so you can coordinate with the team and your direct supervisor on a daily basis.

You would be in Training with your supervisor for at least the first few weeks, assigned some learning tasks, to get to know our industry, who we are, what we are about, and more. We invest in the success of all our employees and want to see you grow.

Once we are confident you understand assignments and can work independently we would work out a mutually beneficial schedule.

This position does offer a flexible schedule as long as all tasks are completed, emails are going out consistently and you work out a mutually acceptable schedule with our Director of Ops.

You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6 month probation period. We honor many Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day. You will be able to pick up to 6 holidays.

The full-time starting salary is dependent on experience. We typically start tea ---------- mbers between $800 - $1200 USD for full-time monthly based on experience to begin (it could be more or less depending on how much of a rockstar you are). Part-time salary is negotiable. We will also do an evaluation after a 90-day probationary period and we will evaluate your progress.

Raises commensurate with product knowledge, your ability to communicate with our audience, and email campaign successes based on open rates, click-throughs, and signups. We will pay you bi-weekly via Payoneer on the 2nd and the 16th of every month with the rest of our team in the Philippines. We also offer annual salary reviews with raises and bonuses based on job knowledge, initiative, performance, and attendance.
