Customer Service Representative

A restaurant/event space located in NYC is looking to hire phone staff to help answer customers' questions regarding reservations, events, rules, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Answering customers' inquiries over the phone
- Assisting with adjusting and accepting reservations

Requirements:
- Applicants will be responsible to learn the hours and information pertaining to the restaurant prior to the interview
- Ability to answer questions and help customers with their complaints and concerns
- Customer service experience is required
- A workplace computer and phone is required
- Stable internet connection

Offer:
- Shifts are 11am-6pm & 5pm-1am EST (7 days a week)
- 35-40 hours a week
