Sales Development Representative

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative who is great on the phone. It's critical that you're fluent in spoken English; with no noticeable accent. If that's you, keep reading.

We are a marketing firm and we're looking for someone who can become an integral part of our team. We need an experienced phone call rock star to generate leads. Our clients are in the U.S. so we need someone who can work the hours that overlap our typical business hours e.g., between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time.

We're looking for someone great that can stay and grow with us for the long term!

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Prior experience with telemarketing and cold calling
-Good sales skills
-Highly motivated
-Can work Standard U.S. business hours

REQUIREMENTS:

We need someone who is very detail oriented and has good phone skills since we work with some very high-end clientele. Also, they would need to be very particular with retaining information and adapting to dynamic processes. We also need someone who can handle multiple projects and deliverables well.

• Generate and maintain the integrity of different reports and trackers
• Scrub reports and trackers to make sure they are error free
• Reaching out to our clients to get any necessary information and answer their questions
• Communicate with different parties to make sure that clients' projects go to the finish line
• Organize and schedule call appointments
• Project management of the elite clients
• Updating clients via email the status of their projects and membership
• Act as a liaison for clients and organize their membership progress, projects, and documents, features
