The open job positions consists of providing full time Bookkeeping / Accounting services for construction companies located in the United States. These roles include:

- Bookkeeping
- Accounting
- Payroll
- Quickbooks
- Invoice Processing
- Profit & Loss Reporting

This is a 40 hour workweek job position
You MUST work between the hours of 7am to 3pm Eastern Standard Time (New York Time)

The Applicant must have experience with Quickbooks with a minimum of 5 years experience.

The job will pay $758 USD per month / $37,063 PHP per month

Salary can be increased after a few months of employment if employee is able to effectively produce the required work output

If you are selected for this position, you will receive
- 2 weeks paid training
- Major US holiday paid off (per approval of Client)
- Major PH holiday paid off (per approval of Client)

The candidate must have their own functioning computer that works quickly and with a reliable internet connection.
All computer software will be provided by Employer

The candidate must be able to:
- Speak, read and write excellent English
- Must have experience in the Bookkeeping / Accounting
- Must have experience in Quickbooks
- Be an expert in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
- Have experience working with US/UK/AUS customers
- Be able to follow detailed instructions
- Be able to clearly communicate with difficult people
- Follow up with tasks until they are 100% complete
- Make themselves available to Management during the hours of 7am to 3pm EST
