Senior Campaign Associate

Who you are and what we are seeking: 

For the Senior Campaign Associate, we are looking for highly experienced individual who will be responsible for supporting the working team in managing, executing the online activities and reporting for the ongoing Singapore Parenting Festival 2022.



Here are some things that the Senior Campaign Associate will be responsible for: 

Report directly to SPF Campaign Manager;
Plan, manage and schedule all online activities related to the Singapore Parenting Festival:
Oversee the creation and approval of all creatives for posting
Schedule all promotional and social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, etc) related to SPF
Request for EDMs, newsletter inserts, push notifications, and other traffic drivers to get registrations for the event
Schedule and put up display ads on our platforms to promote SPF
Create copies and mechanics for the following deliverables:
Social media posts (FB & IG)
Contests
Push Notifications
Coordinate with the SG Campaign Manager to seek approval on branded assets for SPF
Host the online events for SPF via Zoom and Facebook Live which also includes having pre-production calls and tech runs with all stakeholders
Check on performance of all deliverables for SPF 2022 for reporting purposes
Create a weekly progress report on all SPF activities for the week
Assist the SG Campaign Manager in creating post campaign reports for all brands/ clients
Ensure that all deliverables committed to the sponsors are served and executed 


Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in appropriate of study 
Has experience leading online brand events and activities from end-to-end (planning, execution and reporting)
Must be familiar or has background on digital marketing / social media marketing  
Background on display ad operations is a plus
Proficient in Gsuite apps / Microsoft Office / Zoom / Social Media platforms 
Online project management only
Can converse and write well in English
