YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
- Sourcing images of winning products/designs for production.
- Continuous product development, analysis and improvements.
- Ensuring designs are created to expected standards, in line with brand guideline and commercially sound.
- Negotiations with manufacturers/suppliers.
- Ensuring factories achieve on-time delivery.
- Creating, tracking and managing bulk production orders
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and analyse competitor activity.
- Monitor, track, analyse, improve and report on product sales performance.
- Recommend improvements to management to increase performance.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing administrative support, as and when needed to the manager.

REQUIREMENTS:
- High speed, reliable internet. Have backup internet connection incase of power outages.
- Fluent, excellent written English (This is very important)
- Full-time position Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Philippines Time)
- Eagerness and ability to learn quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills (this role will have a lot of challenging problems ahead)
- Committed, responsible to the job and willing to “go the extra mile” if required
- Product development experience is preferred, but we will train the right person in any case.
