Frontend Developer

We are looking for a Frontend Developer who has a keen eye for design for the position. This role will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of our web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency, and maintaining brand consistency across all our web pages, among other duties.

Responsibilities:

Determining the structure and design of web ---------- veloping new user-facing features using React.js

Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

Ensuring user experience determines design ---------- veloping features to enhance the user experience.

Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.

Ensuring web design is optimized.

Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.

Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages.

Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design.



Qualification:

Degree in computer science or related ---------- signing, developing, and testing UI for mobile and web applications

Build reusable code and libraries for future use

Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code

Be proficient in JavaScript, React, JSON APIs

Backend experience is a plus and is highly regarded but not essential

Strong React.js and Typescript experience (+5 years)

Understanding of key design principles.

Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles

Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

Good problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills.



Nice to have:

Understanding of SEO principles.

Experience with CI/CD (for example GitHub workflow, Jenkins etc.)
