NATURE OF THE BUSINESS:
High end cake and cupcake store in Australia

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research and generate corporate client leads on various platforms like directories, yellow pages, web, and on various social media platforms
Communicate effectively and reach out to potential clients to offer the products and services that we can offer
Engage and communicate with leads, influencers, or clients on various social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram
Strategically and effectively develop a systematic follow up strategy for leads
Help in developing strategies for a wider reach on both social media and corporate leads
Report on social media analytics, engagement results, and lead generation activities - using these data to help improve all existing and future marketing campaigns
Perform and strengthen all PR activities for different marketing campaigns
Easily identify and understand the Brand Book - design/aesthetic, voice, and tone - of the company so as to be effective in reflecting this in all marketing initiatives
Safe keeping and management of all Marketing assets and collaterals of the company
Create relevant graphics or contents for website, emails, newsletters, social media platforms, or other various marketing campaigns
Ability to follow through and understand instructions on Optimization of various social media platforms and website using SEO, keywords, and hashtags
Acts as support on any Ads Management efforts and activities - FB Ads, IG Ads, and Google Ads


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We need someone who's highly creative, excellent in communicating, organized, flexible, very smart and detail oriented - triple Virgo level. Preferably someone with experience with social media, lead generation, engagements, client outreach, and content creation. Someone who can be easily trained and learns fast that we don't have to explain how to use Google apps, Whatsapp, Canva, or Dropbox to and all those other basic things. We need someone positively assertive and will be committed to what we're trying to achieve as a team. Someone honest with very good work ethics - someone we can trust with remote work. Passionate, creative, resourceful, can work under pressure, and can definitely multi-task. A strong problem solver and someone not afraid of changes for improvement. Obviously someone who's ready to work remotely with their own laptop, internet connection and has their Business Continuity Plan in place (back up laptop, second connection, a nearby place she can run to just to make sure work is uninterrupted in case of a power outage, etc.).

But if you think you're someone who complains a lot, sickly or generally has a lot of drama/excuses in life that will prevent you from reporting to work, this is not for ---------- t shaming anyone, it happens.

We have a team of 40+ located in the PH. The business is growing and there is room for career advancement within the team.

USD 2.50/hr (probationary period) | USD 3.50/hr (regular rate)
Conversion:
