Drive the HR function for a leading Australian online tyre ecommerce company



Duties & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy

- Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants

- Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings

- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

- Design and conduct company culture building and employee engagement programs

- Facilitate disciplinary procedures

- Conduct new employee orientations

- Implement and monitor performance management system

- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

- Facilitate payroll management

- Guide employees on leave management

- Administer compensation and benefits along with other HR policies and procedures

- Manage the HR System and Infrastructure
