PERSONAL ASSISTANT MANAGING DIRECTOR
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly-skilled Personal Assistant to join our forward-thinking, innovative start-up company, Resify.
We are a Real Estate Investment and Management company that uses technology and ground, knowledge to ensure high yielding returns on our investments and for our investors are currently recruiting for a full-time Personal Assistant Executive to provide high-level support to our Managing Director.
The role will involve working closely with our Managing Director on a day-to-day basis and will be very demanding and involve you collaborating closely with the team. This role will be based in our Virtual Zoom office and will require a candidate that is flexible and adaptable to a challenging environment.
The successful candidate should be able to manage and prioritise their workload as well as have excellent diligence.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the following and more:
- Coordinate diaries and schedules, arrange meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate travel planning and create detailed travel itineraries when necessary.
- Communicating with contractors and suppliers on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Organising meetings, scheduling appointments, and overseeing any other ad-hoc tasks.
- Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information.
- Prepare papers and information in advance of meetings to ensure attendees are well prepared.
- Assisting the MD on new projects.
- Take calls in a calm manner and transfer them to the correct department.
- Assist with internal and external communications of the company.
- Prepare documents and information in advance of meetings to ensure attendees are well prepared.
- Take minutes of meetings when required.
- Be available outside of working hours if required.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Fluent in English written and spoken
- Highly organised and detail orientated
-Proficient in using Microsoft Excell, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook
-Ability to learn new software and willingness to use technology
-Capable of approaching unfamiliar situations with common sense and a "can do" attitude
-Proven problem solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to assume responsibility and follow through on tasks.
-Effective at prioritizing and managing a heavy workload: not easily intimidated or flustered by multiple, concurrent tasks.
-Able to manage a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with
- Personal Assistant experience- Minimum 2 Years.
- Online working experience
- Highly skilled using Microsoft Office
-Fluent in English written and spoken
- Professional telephone manner
Desirable experience:
- Property Management experience
- Operations co-ordination experience
*Working hours - UK 9-5, Monday to Friday
*Overtime available when required
