Senior English Content Operations Manager

Job descriptions:

1. Responsible for the operation of the English content in the APP terminal, official website, etc., including but not limited to term explanations, product descriptions, operation guides, announcements, etc.;
2. Responsible for supporting the output of English content in the user education direction, not limited to articles, posters, videos, etc., and adjusting the content strategy in real-time according to the effect;
3. Responsible for the operation of the English content and review of the community section;
4. Responsible for the output of English content in emails, SMS, and other channels;
5. Participate in the operation of official overseas new media accounts.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of English content operation experience;
2. Native speaker is needed, fluent in Chinese, must have common values and good attitude in working;
3. Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, self-drive and initiative;
4. Good understanding in finicial industry, especially in future contrcts is an extra point.
