Freelance WordPress Developer

Established agency with track record of working with Philippine freelancers has the need for 1 more WordPress Developer. You must really know your stuff. If you do, we will compensate you well. You will be thoroughly interviewed and tested. Here are the other requirements:

1. Daily contact with us is a REQUIREMENT and failure to do so means we won't keep using you
2. Since many of our clients are billed hourly, we also requires use of time tracking software on your computer so we can monitor the hours you are working per job/day. We will pay for and provide the software and will check it daily.
3. This is a 40 hour per week freelance opportunity. Hours are 9p.m. to 6 a.m. PH time (including an hour for lunch) or 9-5 if you don't want to take lunch.
4. We check work daily. We pay every Friday. Inability to show us your work will affect pay.
5. DETAIL ORIENTED. If we show you a Photoshop comp/psd file for you to develop into WordPress, we expect it to match the comp 99 percent before you tell us it's ready and done and we go look at it. We want someone who is good at inspecting and proofing their own work.
6. Always available via Skype during the working hours.
7. Occasionally available in case of an emergency during after hours or on weekends. For example, if one of our clients' sites gets hacked, it requires immediate repair.
8. Looking for a pleasant, happy personality. Someone dependable who wants a steady relationship and a dependable income.
9. Need to understand and write English well.
10. Any skill with Adobe InDesign or Photoshop would be a big bonus.

Design of sites is not top priority. We are looking for technical capability, coding skill level, they way you do things, and your attention to detail when it comes to small things and big things.
