JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a team player who also wants to work from home full time as an Administrative Assistant working for a United States based IT Services company? We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast paced, aggregate environment involving internal and external relationships. Do you possess strong communication skills and have a desire to help manage and service existing client accounts? FLUENT ENGLISH READING, WRITING AND SPEAKING IS MANDATORY.

This is a very customer facing position, you must be able to clearly and fluently speak and write in English, if you excel in all these areas then this position might be for you.

Attention to detail and accuracy is critical in your work responsibilities, as you will be leading and working with a fast-paced team in a company that is rapidly moving forward. This is a very hands-on position with a great deal of self-reliance required.

This position requires a person with proactive problem solving, decision-making skills, and an initiative to work independently in a detail-oriented environment. We are an IT Services company and having some kind of a technology background will greatly assist you.

Administrative Assistant Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist with monthly billing on the 15th of each month
• Answer Support Line as needed
• Schedule Dispatch of Technicians
• Ensure support techs, support engineers, and vendors are engaged as quickly as possible and communicate i ---------- status to all levels of the organization
• Assist to manage and mentor tea ---------- mbers directly for timely completion of assigned tickets and projects by creating timelines and assigning staff members
• Help implement new standard operating procedures to drive efficiency and productivity in all departments.
• Coordinates troubleshooting, support, and service for equipment and networks when necessary
• Work with leadership to develop problem management and service improvement plans.
• Assist with marketing research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Ensure recurring projects are completed on time
• Assist in staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation, retention and termination activities.
• Comply and enforce policies and procedures.

Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent English Speaking
• Excellent English Writing
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online
• Experienced with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
• 1-2+ years MSP Service Level experience a huge bonus
• Experience with Customer Service, Management, Leadership, Staffing
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication, Interpersonal Communication
• Problem Solving, Decision Making, Critical Thinking
• Teamwork, Attention to Detail, Analytical Thinking, Time Management
• Working Under Pressure

Job Type: Full-time
