Is responsible for lead generations to build the internal database based on geographical market and product line.
The role requires close collaboration with sales, direct marketing and production team to drive the event revenue.
To provide relevant, accurate and current leads of potential clients
Actively communicate with C-level and senior management to promote event
Follow-up closely with our potential client and strive to increase the conversion rate of calls into telemarketing revenue
Gather and build potential clients database via internet and tele-research and input them on the databse system ensuring the pre-determined quality and quantity of data are met
Grow and maintain the data quality of our CRM database according to marketing needs
Proactively contribute the overall effectiveness of direct marketing campaigns
Excellent research skills to identify new sources to reach target market/audience
Familiar with in-bound telemarketing environment/culture
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external
Highly-disciplined and can adopt to performance driven culture
