Auto Warranty Quoting Front End Web Application Development Partially Written Needs to be completed

We need to hire a developer to build a front end interface to communicate with an existing SOAP API to allow for consumers to request and obtain in realtime a price quote for an automobile. All quoting functions as well as all required functions and logic to obtain a quote, choose one of the options and purchase already exist in our backend system and are exposed through a SOAP API. The front end is partially built however we need a developer familiar with coding front end web applications to complete the project. This project needs to be completed ASAP and we will provide whatever assistance is needed to make that happen.
