Marketplace Account Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily business activities in all marketplaces.
Improving our overall business on all marketplace.
Weekly marketplace analysis and stock levels reports.
Upload Listing texts, Images, and videos.
Supervise removal orders.
Suggest deals and promotions.
Follow up on news and dictate alerts and report to operation or ---------- eck Notifications and resolve the issue if needed (Open cases).
Receive tracking numbers and put them on Amazon.
Monitor FBA shipments I ---------- and report any discrepancy.(open cases).
Listing management and solution (open cases).
Manage Returns, analyze, report and suggestions.
Process product replacement.
Responds to customers' messages.
Response to reviews and feedback.
Reclaim wrong reviews and feedback.
Correspondence via phone or email with customers outside Amazon.
