Android Development

This job is for a Private Token Wallet System for android. The mobile app will not connect to any external services, api or third party system. App will only connect to a private server and function within it's own domain. This app will be similar to CashApp or similar banking app. There are several features that are needed:

Account access requirements:
- Device Type, Device Mac Address, userid, password (biometric/fingerprint) - Data collected when mobile app is opened.
- Device information also submitted at user registration on the mobile device.
- For user accounts, only mobile devices will be permitted to login (Detect emulators like bluestacks - Many examples to detect emulators online)
- For user accounts, only the device used to register will be allowed to login (based on mac address)
- For user accounts, only a single login session is permitted.

Fund Account (Bank Transfer instructions displayed)
Cashout to bank request (Bank Transfer)

Apply for up to 2 secondary accounts
Send credits/tokens from account balance (from selected account)
Save screenshot of transactions or email a pdf receipt
Save recipients (by token id and name)
Schedule a future send of credits/tokens
Receive Credits/tokens
View Credit/token Requests (only business accounts can send token requests)
Consolidate (delete) a scheduled future send of Credits/tokens
view transaction history
view fee schedule
Send message to support inbox
Edit Profile (only requests can be made. Changes done by admin)

Security Features:
- User can set account access schedule (Example, if user goes to bed at 10pm, account lockout should be set from 10pm begin lockout to 5am release lockout).
- User can temporarily disable account for up to 30 days
- User can request return of Credits/tokens but also must submit evidence attachment with request

Infrastructure I will host all databases, so no need for aws or other paid services. There will be several databases to protect the various aspects of the infrastructure.
Admin Database - This database will contain encrypted users with full system admin functionality or sub-admin functionality
MobileUser Database - This database will contain all mobile user accounts
MobileUserToken Database - This database will contain all mobile user account/wallet balances and tokens
Transactions Database - This database will contain all transactions logs for accounts and tokens
