Full Time Video Editor for Fast Growing YouTube Real Estate Channel

I'm seeking a full time video editor for my fast growing YouTube channel focusing on real estate. My preferred editing software is Adobe Premiere Pro and I'm looking for someone with experience in selecting/clipping b-roll, color grading, chroma key, and completing a project from start to finish.
I've been handling the editing myself the the last 18mo and I'd like to work closely with someone to help them with taking over the editing for this channel and to eventually start creating shorter form content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

I currently have two other tea ---------- mbers working with me full time from the Philippines. They've played a major role in the success of our company over the last couple of years and everyone on our team values them highly. This would be a full time, long term position with a growing real estate company for the right person.
