Welcome to Spearall!

We are searching for another FULL TIME Lead Generation Specialist to help with generating qualified leads for a Cryotherapy/Beauty company.

Most people generate at least 1-2 qualified leads a ---------- mission per closed lead is $250 so doing the numbers... the sky's the limit in terms of earning potential.

We need COACHABLE people only!!!!! Must be able to learn how to get past gatekeepers and get to Decision Makers, how to say things in the right tonality, and how to transfer hot leads to a qualified Salesperson as quickly as possible.

We are not micromanagers and don't even have Regular Sales Meetings. You control your own time and the only thing you are expected to do is generate at least 1-2 qualified leads a day.

This is NOT the right fit if you want a workplace where there's a lot of rules and regulations or where you have to deal with office politics

This is the job for people who want to make as much money as possible in as little time as possible in an environment that allows you to have as much freedom as possible (within reason).

Hours of Operation are: 9 PM to 10 AM Philippine Standard Time
