PHP dev with wordpress experience

I need a freelancer that can work on project base, and who is available anytime i needed their service.
The tasks includes wordpress theme modification and php development.

Requirements:
1. Knowledgeable in wordpress theme modifications (familiar with JS composer)
2. Knowledgeable in PHP, javascript, jquery, etc.
3. Quick and is available when needed.
