Real Estate Cold Callers

We are seeking a motivated cold-caller looking to earn commission for each deal they submit that closes in addition to their Hourly pay rate.

Job Description:
As a cold caller, you will be calling property owners to see if they are interested in selling their property. You will be using our CRM system for in/out calling. Work hours are 10AM to 7PM with one hour break between 2PM to 3PM US EST Standard Time. Additional hours do not increase the monthly pay rate, however, the more hours you put in and the more calls you make, the more $500 bonuses you can earn.

Real estate and public company valuation analysis
Working with Excel and CRM
Tour new acquisition opportunities and competitive properties in various neighborhoods
Cold calling
Market research and data analysis
Performing various analyses to assist in making investment, capital and sale decisions
Leading due diligence and execution of transactions
Developing budgets and presenting asset valuations
Drafting of memorandum for internal and external use
Assisting with legal negotiations and due diligence


Requirements:

At least with 1 year experience as a cold caller for real estate.
Conversational English – You must have little to no accent and be able to have a conversation without a script (think on your feet). The script should only be there as a guideline.
Experience cold calling – You cannot be afraid to talk with people and must be friendly.
Must have a good working computer/laptop – That is hard wired to your Internet Connection. “No Wireless Connection”
High quality headset with Mic (USB) Connected – “No Wireless Connection”
Internet Speed – Must be 15 – 30 Mbps Up/Down – We will test this together
Quiet workspace with no background noise or distractions
**Spanish speaking representative is an advantage**
Knowledgeable in using FreedomSoft is a plus

Compensation:

Full-Time 40 Hours
$rate per hour + $500 bonus per deal you submit that closes
Paid Bi-Weekly via Wise / PayPal
